The hydraulic hammer business is no exception to this rule. While not well known for many things, South Korea leads the way in hammer quality and durability, and D & A Industries is one of the leading Korean Manufacturers. You might not have been aware, but understand that there are only approximately 50 hammer manufacturers in the world of which only about 30 have been doing this for more than 10 years. At the same time there are over 250 brands of hydraulic hammers worldwide. Also note none of these manufacturers are based in America. None. What we have are marketing companies, many of which have identified a quality Korean or Japanese product and labeled it their own. They know that when most of us hear an American name, and we automatically believe them to be American products. The reason American products in general are assumed to be high quality is for the simple reason that they are. To claim a Chinese or other product that was never meant to be high quality to be American, is to insult the hard work and dedication of our forefathers. But don't take it from me. You decide:
